Michael Robert Serovey is the author of several books that are for sale on various platforms. Michael owns several blogs and websites.

Michael is a former US Army sergeant and thus he has traveled quite a bit. Michael is also certified by the US Chess Federation (USCF) as a Local Tournament Director, is listed by the USCF as a top 100 correspondence chess player, and he has been playing in USCF rated chess tournaments ever since 1974.

Although he is currently inactive and no longer believes in any organized religion, Michael is an ordained Elder in the Church of Jesus Chirist of Latter Day Saints (Mormons) and he has been through the temple endowment and sealing ceremonies.
