ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jacqueline (Trang Dai) T. D. Huynh was born in Saigon, Vietnam and was raised in Orange County, California. She is the first born of five girls. In 1975, when she was 8 years old her family arrived in the United States as refugees with less than $20 in their pocket.

At 21 years old she graduated from UC Irvine in 1989 and spent the next 9 years working in corporate management.

She made a life changing decision right before her 30th birthday. She decided to quit her job and spend a year by herself backpacking and traveling around the world.

This would be the first time she visited Vietnam since she and her family were forced to leave. Glimpses of memories flooded back and she again felt connected and the memories touched her in a place, she thought she was too young to remember.

She will always be grateful for the hospitality of the many people she met during her journey and has remained friends with many of them, with some coming to visit her in her home in Los Angeles. The life lessons she learned have been invaluable and forever memorable.

Jacqueline is a speaker, author, and consultant. She is certified in Leadership Development and a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She has also developed her own unique online 8-week Family Leadership Program.

She brings over 15 years of corporate and leadership experience that she integrates into her leadership and family leadership coaching programs. Her clients include law firms, aerospace companies, family & children’s services, non-profit agencies, entrepreneurs, with special emphasis on children, teens and their families.

Her inspiration, passion and purpose as a leadership coach came after her sister’s suicide and leaving her 7-year abusive marriage. She works with individuals and groups to develop the skills and talents of being a great leader while being a positive role model for her children and other families.

She currently resides in the Los Angeles area with her 2 children. You can find out more about her programs and reach her at:
