The world was destroyed in a nuclear war hundreds of years ago. This is what all the citizens of the last city know to be true. They live protected and safe inside their Wall and the giant dome overhead that protects them from the radiation outside.

Elizabeth was born a wealthy landowning noble in this city. When she was eight her father was convicted as a traitor to the king and beheaded in front of her.

She was imprisoned because of her father's crime and became Liv, the dishonored. She grew up as a slave in the torture prison where dishonored were sentenced to live and die. She nursed a hatred for the king and what he did to her family, and she waited for the right moment. She lived for one purpose, Revenge.

About the author

Francesca Huber

Francesca Huber is a college student majoring in Computer Science. She enjoys networking, programming, game development, and generally working on her computer. In her spare time she rides horses, plays viola, reads books, and writes stories. She also spent two years in Army ROTC.

She grew up on a diet of science fiction, fantasy, and horse books; imagining herself in other worlds or other times. She would tell herself stories at night to go to sleep, and those stories ended up becoming the books she writes down.

She is currently working on "Honored"; the sequel to her Debut novel "Dishonor". Both books are part of her science fiction series, "In Search of Honor", written in a post-apocalypse world.
