Eseoghene D. Erhariefe Williams is an engineer and educator, with over thirteen years experience of working with children of diverse backgrounds. He worked as a Teacher and then as a Principal. Every year he runs several seminars/workshops for children and young people in high school in line with the acclaimed world Education for Life program employed to help in behavioral change of individuals during the AIDS pandemic that ravaged east and southern Africa at the turn of the millennium, to stem its tide. With this he has been able to help countless young people have a turnaround from destructive behaviors to those that added value to their lives, thereby helping to build their self-esteem and self-confidence and overcoming timidity. His parlance: “A timid Child is a time bomb waiting to explode; it’s only a matter of time.”
