Angel Ramon is a science fiction writer who lives in Puerto Rico. The idea for the complex Thousand Years War series is one that he harbored from the time that he was in Junior High. He prefers to ignore reality, choosing instead to write books that will entertain people and take them on epic journeys, giving them a bit of a reprieve from their rough daily routine. One of the privileges that he enjoys most about being a writer is to create something out of nothing, and then share it with the world at large, including creating worlds and characters. When not writing or working on building his computer business, he enjoys going to the beach or heading to the uncharted areas of the island, such as the El Yunque rainforest. He is an avid NY Giants, NY Knicks, and NY Yankees fan.
