Sam needs money. That's why he enrolls in some medical research, but he gets more than he expects. What is supposed to be a new flu vaccine turns out to be something more, and when he wakes up he discovers that he is now a woman. What's even more surprising to Sam is that he likes it, and decides that he should embrace his womanhood, and take a lucky guy for a ride.

Sam wakes up in a medical facility. It's just him and Dr. Wright, and he fears for his life. He discovers Dr. Wright has more to her plan. She, too, wants to swap her gender, and when she becomes a man, there's no turning down her libido. Sam will do anything to get out, though. He just wants to get back to Aaron and rekindle the passion he felt on their first night together.

Sam needs to get in contact with Aaron, but he's not sure how it'll go. He's worried that Aaron will be made that he tricked him into sleeping with him, but it's a risk he has to take.
