<p>Gerald Lowe served as an officer in the United States Air Force from 1959 to 1964. After pilot training, he served two years as the base police officer of a large SAC base in the United States. His final assignment was as a missile launch officer on a Thor missile base in the British midlands. He previously published an autobiography entitled <em>Lowe Family Chronicles</em> in 2006. Mr. Lowe is a retired New York technology consultant and currently lives in Northeast Pennsylvania.</p>
