<p>L.G. McFerren was born in Guyana, S.A. and moved to the US at age 9. She started writing in elementary school and decided to major in Journalism while in college at the University of Maryland.<br />

Her favorite books include Gone with the Wind and Pride & Prejudice. As a young girl she read every Nancy Drew and Trixie Belden novel she could get her hands on!</p>
