Ruth Haag

<p>Ruth Haag first became a supervisor when she was 22 years old.&nbsp; With a healthy amount of confidence she held her first employee meeting and made her first series of supervisory mistakes!</p><p></p><p>Over the next 40 years Ruth, who by the way is a scientist, developed her own successful method of supervising.&nbsp; She then began training others to supervise more effectively and expanded her supervisory system to include alternate personalities.</p><p></p><p>A series of books for supervisors followed.</p><p></p><p>At the insistence of her husband, Bob, Ruth agreed to write a book for employees who want to try to make their workplace better, &ldquo;Help Your Boss Gain People Skills.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>Ruth lives with her family in Sandusky, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona.&nbsp;</p>
