Grace Jolliffe lives in Galway quite close to the beautiful Burren. Her home is on the Wild Atlantic Way and is where she has set the Ballyyahoo series of books.</p>

Grace wrote regularly for Fiction Fifteen, an RTE children's radio show in Ireland and her stories were very popular and widely listened to.</p>

Grace is an award-winning writer, whose novel 'Piggy Monk Square,' was shortlisted for the Commonwealth Writers Prize.</p>

She is a prolific writer and is widely published. In addition to writing for children she also writes for adults and for television. She has also written and directed documentary as well as several award winning short films.</p>
