<p>Jorge Lynch is an International Procurement and Supply Management Consultant with over 26 years of experience and a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University.</p><p>He manages projects, advises government and donor officials, and builds capacity in Public and Project Procurement.</p><p>Jorge has worked on procurement reform and other donor-funded projects in Africa, Latin America, the Pacific and Southeast Asia. </p>
