<p>Steven Macon was born in North Carolina but spent most of his adult life in the sunny state of Florida. He began entertaining his classmates in fourth grade with fantasy tales he would simply make up as he went along. His first written effort was a puppet play for his fifth grade class, which he produced and directed with several of his friends. A first novel was began in seventh grade, which was co-authored with another school friend. </p>
<p>Steven and his wife, Debra, currently reside in the Appalachian Mountains. He has also gotten back into art and has developed quite a portfolio to this date.</p>
